Before diving into your BDSM Weight Loss journey, it's critical to clearly define your goals. This gives both the Dominant and submissive a roadmap to success and accountability.
Use the following prompts to guide your goal-setting session. We encourage you to discuss and write down the answers together. This step sets the tone for your dynamic throughout the program.
- Target Weight Loss: How much do you realistically want to lose? Break it into short-term and long-term goals.
- Diet History: What plans have you tried in the past? What worked, and what didn’t?
- Preferred Plan: Are there certain meal plans (e.g., keto, low-carb, Mediterranean) that appeal to you now?
- Authority Level: How much say will your Dominant have in food decisions, planning, and structure?
- Exercise Strategy: What activities are you committing to? How often? Indoors, outdoors, or both?
- Progress Tracking: How will you report your progress? Will you use daily logs, check-ins, apps, etc.?
- Accountability: What methods will your Dominant use to keep you on track?
- Motivation & Support: What kind of encouragement do you need from your Dominant?
- Consequences: What happens if you break your rules or don’t follow the plan?
- Plateaus & Struggles: How will you adjust if the scale doesn’t move despite effort?
- Small Wins: What rewards are planned for small achievements?
- Major Goals: What will happen when you hit your major milestones?
Be honest, be detailed, and be realistic. Your goals are your commitment. Your Dominant is your guide. Together, success is within reach.
