As a submissive participating in the BDSM Weight Loss Program, your role is to take responsibility for your health while surrendering some control to your Dominant. This journey is one of growth, discipline, trust, and transformation.
š Daily Responsibilities
- Check-ins: Report daily via email, app, or phone with what you ate and what physical activity you performed.
- Permission Required: Any indulgence beyond agreed-upon limits (e.g. sweets or snacks) must be approved by your Dom.
- Workout Compliance: Exercise is not optionalāmissing a session without permission or good reason may result in consequences.
š§ Mental & Emotional Preparedness
- Be honest with your Domāeven when you fail. This program is built on trust.
- Accept punishments gracefully. They are not personalāthey are part of your path.
- Communicate clearly when you're struggling. Your Dom is there to help, not just punish.
š Health Overrides All
If you experience physical pain, extreme fatigue, or any concerning health symptoms, immediately suspend the program and consult a doctor. Your well-being always comes first.
